Couples do not end up in crisis overnight.

If you are considering couples therapy, it is likely that something feels as if it’s not working between you and a partner(s), family member, or friend.

Just as individuals experience symptoms of underlying suffering, so do relationships. This might look like: chronic disconnection and avoidance, cyclical arguments, infidelity, intimacy issues, struggles over parenting decisions, loneliness after losses, etc.

I work with couples to address these concerns and to grow their capacity to creatively think about their needs as a couple, together, so that they might find greater connection.
