Most insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion of my self-pay fee. The process is as follows:

• At the time of service, full out-of-pocket payment will be collected via debit, credit, HSA card or Zelle.

• At the end of each month, I will send you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to get reimbursed for a portion of what you paid.

Because each plan is different, it is important to contact your plan carrier regarding your specific coverage. Ask your insurance:

• How much is my out-of-network deductible?

• What is the reimbursement rate for an out-of-network behavioral health provider?
